You may provide contact details and health-related information when communicating directly with the clinic. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through public or unsecured channels.
Website data
Basic server logs may record technical information such as IP address, browser type and requested pages for security and operation. The site is designed without unnecessary advertising trackers.
Health Tools and browser storage
Health Tools normally save your entries in this browser’s local storage on this device; Shande TCM does not receive what you type or keep it in a Shande account or database. On each tool, you can choose “Do not save on this device”; enabling it removes that tool’s previously saved entries after confirmation and keeps new entries in the current page only. You can also opt into deleting entries after seven days without edits, which takes effect when you next open that tool; this option is off by default. If browser storage is blocked or full, the tool will warn you that entries may not be saved. Use Clear or clear the browser’s site data to remove saved records. Browser autofill may remember information independently despite our request not to autofill Health Tool fields. Printing, saving as PDF and exporting CSV are handled by your browser and device; copies you download or print are not automatically deleted by the website. Avoid entering sensitive details on shared devices unless you understand these limitations.
